		<description><![CDATA[The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday (Dec 4, 2009) afternoon Yahoo and Microsoft (Bing)  announced they have come to an agreement on a deal that would allow Microsoft (Bing) and Yahoo to partner in providing Search Engine Advertising.   The partnership will now be reviewed by anti trust regulators with the US Dept of Justice.
